What are we looking for:

  • Graduate with IS/IT studies.
  • Required professional experience: Mid-level.
  • Nice to have experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Relevant experience in CRM development (Salesforce) and IS/IT project management.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Project Management experience will be appreciated

Key Achievements / Expected Results

  • Development and implementation of customised solutions using Salesforce.
  • Maintenance of existing CLM process: updates, troubleshooting, adaptation to new requirements.
  • Provision of relevant reports and dashboards in Power BI to support decision-making and performance monitoring.
  • Efficient administration of the CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) process.
  • Continuous communication with partners to provide technical support.
  • Develop a detailed implementation plan: define deadlines, implementation stages, and resource allocation.
  • Organise and formalise the deployment plan for project phases (feasibility, development, testing).
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project implementation.
  • Maintain regular communication with business partners to provide project implementation updates and collect feedback.
  • Develop and implement customised solutions using Salesforce
  • Automate workflows and business processes.
  • Coordinate end-to-end testing, record business requirements, and execute change requests.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to collect requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.
  • Administer and maintain applications developed in Salesforce: update functionalities, fix errors, adapt to business requirements, and ensure compatibility with other Microsoft 365 systems.
  • Keep informed about CLM platform releases, new features, and industry trends related to CLM functionality.
  • Collaborate with the direct manager if new work tasks applicable to the position arise.
