Greater Nashua Mental Health is seeking a Clinical Team Manager to provide clinical and administrative leadership within the Community Support Services department. This role oversees team performance, staff development, and delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide weekly clinical supervision to therapists, case managers, and support staff.
- Lead team and department meetings and drive communication across teams.
- Monitor productivity, KPIs, and documentation compliance.
- Coach and develop staff through mentoring and performance management.
- Provide consultation on complex and crisis cases.
- Maintain a small caseload and deliver direct services.
- Ensure timely completion of treatment plans, assessments, and reviews.
- Promote evidence-based practices and continuous quality improvement.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve service delivery.
- Provide licensure or internship supervision when appropriate.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in behavioral health.
- Licensed or license-eligible in New Hampshire.
- Strong leadership and supervision skills.
- Experience with clinical documentation and compliance standards.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.

Salary Range: $66,788 - $92.788
