  • Yield MoM growth in candidate conversion rate from phone screen to start.

We’re Looking for Someone With:

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with at least 2 years recruiting for MDs, NPs, or medical professionals. Experience recruiting for psychiatric professionals preferred.
  • High-volume recruiting experience in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
  • Experience with recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Greenhouse
