Description
Clinical Supervisors serve as mid-level leaders within a 3-tier ABA model (BCBA ? Clinical Supervisor ? RBT). This role supports early intervention ABA programs for children with autism across home, school, clinic, and community settings. The position combines clinical oversight, direct care support, staff supervision, caregiver training, and program development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and implement individualized ABA treatment programs under BCBA/Clinical Manager guidance
- Conduct telehealth and in-person visits with caregivers, schools, and stakeholders to review progress and provide consultation
- Monitor treatment effectiveness, analyze data, and update programs to reflect client progress
- Assist with initial and ongoing assessments (every 3–6 months) and treatment planning
- Provide direct supervision, coaching, and performance feedback to Behavior Technicians (RBTs/BTs)
- Serve as a primary supervisor for RBTs, supporting clinical, administrative, and professional development needs
- Collaborate with Clinical Managers and Training Department on staff training and onboarding
- Provide caregiver coaching and support treatment plan implementation
- Deliver direct therapy services as needed to ensure consistency of care
- Ensure services meet authorized hours and maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation
- Track service delivery, maintain client records, and meet billable/productivity expectations
- Travel locally between client locations as needed
This position is typically a full-time position.
Requirements
Two (2) years of experience with behavior modification services (ABA) AND a bachelor's degree.
OR
One (1) year of experience with behavior modification services (ABA) AND a bachelor's degree and 12 units of grad school complete.
