Experience:
  • Preferably 3 years of clinical experience, ideally in apheresis, dialysis or ECP/photopheresis.
  • Preferably 2 years of clinical education and training experience and/or management experience.

Education:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) or Bachelor of Science (BS) required.

Job responsibilities
  • Provide education, phone support, and training for Therakos products, onsite in the field and remotely.
  • Gather and report field competitor information.
  • Travel requirement of up to 70% within the territory. 
  • Respond to medical device therapeutic questions from Health Care Providers (HCPs).
  • Interact with internal stakeholders (e.g., Clinical Specialists, Technical Service, Medical Department, Quality, Regulatory, Research and Development (R&D), Legal, and commercial teams).
  • Contribute to Pharmacovigilance activities, including complaint capture of adverse events (AEs).
  • Assist in developing tools and resources for training and education programs.
  • Support clinical research, trial site initiations, and creation of clinical research papers.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for internal projects and provide Congress support.
  • Document customer interactions and activities, manage expenses, and meet objectives.
  • Commit to full compliance with all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), regulatory requirements, and applicable laws.
