We are currently seeking a clinical sales associate to work within our sales/admissions department to promote community awareness and complete the sales process for new admissions. This is a full-time in-office role with great growth potential supporting our Personal Care, Homecare and Hospice groups.

Clinical Sales Associate

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Complete the sale process for the admission of new residents.
  • Tour with families at any of the living assistance residences as needed, as well as Homecare and Hospice.
  • Assist in promoting community awareness and events to broaden relationships with the community.
  • Participate in sales meetings to review leads, assess and adjust marketing efforts.
  • Assist with internal admissions process and help facilitate admissions to other living assistance residences.
  • Meet with families to process admissions paperwork.
  • Copy and disperse admissions paperwork to appropriate department.
  • Monitor competition marketing information, both print and internet, and assist in developing and maintaining marketing efforts.
  • Rotate on-call for weekend tours
  • Experience working and selling within a senior living community or related venue is a must!

Preferred Education:

Bachelor's degree preferred!

Preferred Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of All MS Office Suite
