Behavior Interventions was founded in 2006 by two Board Certified Behavior Analysts with a mission to provide quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to our families in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. Our team is composed of clinical and administrative team members all focused on creating meaningful change in the lives of those we serve. We are seeking a Clinical Program Scheduler, Office Administrator to support our Clinical Support team in our Mt. Joy Office location.


Reporting Relationship: The Clinical Program Scheduler, Office Administrator reports to the Program Director for all of the duties and responsibilities listed below and for other duties that the Program Director may assign.

 

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following: The Clinical Program Scheduler, Office Administrator reports to the Program Director, Enhanced Program or designated manager for the duties and responsibilities listed below and for other duties that may be assigned. 


Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Enhanced Program Scheduling & Program Management:
    • Coordinates with Talent Acquisition Specialist regarding staffing needs
    • Creates caseloads, maintains staff availability, and schedules for Enhanced Program technicians and coordinates with Center team to provide supplementary hours for technicians as needed
    • Provides introductory communication between Enhanced Program technicians and relevant Behavior Analysts when first placed with a client
    • Makes client/clinician connections in therapy practice management software
    • Reviews time off requests, call-offs, and arranges substitutes for Enhanced Program technicians and communicates updated staffing arrangements accordingly
    • Creates and maintains client calendars using Google Calendar
    • Maintains and supports the EP trial staff communications and mileage audit
    • Meet with supervisor biweekly and as needed to review any barriers/ troubleshoot/ review operations 
    • Support with scheduling and related tasks for Cohorts with the Advanced Clinical Trainer and Advisor 
  • Office Management: 
    • Maintains the treatment center to include: treatment center clean up, scheduling and coordinating client sessions in the treatment center.
    • Provides general support to Enhanced Program on other projects/tasks as assigned
    • Acts as stand-in support to clinical staff in the office when clinicians need brief (<5 min) breaks 
    • Implements crisis management procedures, as-needed
Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree required
  • 1 year of relevant program scheduling and office management experience required
  • 6+ months of relevant experience and understanding of basic HR principles to include time and attendance management, maintaining confidentiality, and policy interpretation required
  • Ability to pass state and federal background checks 
  • Current CPR/First Aid certification (renewal offered by Behavior Interventions)
  • Obtains Professional Crisis Management certification (covered by Behavior Interventions) and maintains annual certification requirements; training scheduled through Behavior Interventions. 
  • High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and within teams
  • Organizational/time management/prioritization
  • Proficient technical/computer skills (i.e. Google applications)
  • Experience in or understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis or related field preferred
