We are looking for a curious, innovative, and forward-thinking professional to join our Clinical Operations team.
In this role, you will lead and support operational activities while helping drive process improvement, technology adoption, and operational excellence. Beyond traditional clinical operations responsibilities, you will play an important role in identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, leverage systems and automation, and enhance the way teams work.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning new technologies, and bringing innovative ideas to improve operational performance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support Clinical Operations activities across assigned projects and teams.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence.
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes through technology, automation, and system enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Logistics, and Operations, to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support the implementation and adoption of new tools, systems, and ways of working.
- Coach and mentor team members while promoting a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Ensure quality, compliance, and delivery of operational objectives.
- Experience in Clinical Operations, Clinical Research, or related healthcare/life sciences environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Interest in technology, innovation, digital solutions, and process automation.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Good level of English, both written and spoken.
- Exposure to process improvement initiatives.
- Experience supporting operational, financial, or logistics-related activities.
- Familiarity with automation tools, reporting systems, or digital transformation projects.
