Gateway Rehabilitation Center (GRC) is actively hiring a Clinical Manger for our upcoming Halfway House Center in Youngwood, PA, anticipated to open on February 1, 2027. Team members will be hired ahead of the opening and will complete onboarding, training, and hands-on preparation at a GRC facility most geographically convenient to you!   

In this key leadership role, you will provide direction, supervision, training, and support for clinical staff while overseeing assessment and treatment services within our halfway house program. You may also maintain a partial patient caseload while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care.

GRC's halfway house program provides a critical bridge between intensive treatment and independent recovery. As a Clinical Manager, you'll help ensure that residents receive the clinical support, structure, accountability, and guidance needed to successfully transition back into their communities. Through your leadership of the clinical team and oversight of treatment services, you'll play a key role in helping individuals strengthen their recovery skills, address ongoing challenges, and build a foundation for long-term success. This is more than just a management position. Responsibilities

  • Supervise and administer treatment services within Gateway's adult residential inpatient facility.
  • Provide individual and group supervision to clinical staff, including case consultations and treatment plan reviews.
  • Monitor staffing patterns and clinical productivity.
  • Oversee the development, coordination, and implementation of therapeutic programming, including Twelve Step Facilitation (TSF) and other evidence-based practices.
  • Ensure clinical records remain accurate, current, and compliant with applicable standards and regulations through ongoing audits.
  • Maintain knowledge of federal, state, licensing, and regulatory requirements and ensure program compliance.
  • Complete monthly chart audits and provide feedback as necessary.
  • Ensure appropriate daily staffing levels and develop monthly staffing schedules.
  • Collaborate closely with the Program Director and senior leadership regarding budgeting, financial performance, staffing, and program development.
  • Provide oversight for assessments and treatment services within the 3.7 Co-Occurring Enhanced Program.
  • Maintain a partial patient caseload as needed to support program operations.

Requirements

What Do We Require?

  • Bachelor's degree in a field that meets Pennsylvania Department of Health staffing qualification regulations.
  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a health or human services agency.
  • Minimum of one year of experience working directly with chemically dependent individuals.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree.
  • Previous supervisory or management experience.
  • Pennsylvania Certification Board license or certification eligibility a plus.

Additional Requirements

  • Pass PA Criminal Background Check.
  • Obtain Child Abuse and FBI Fingerprinting Clearances.
  • Pass Drug Screen.
  • 2-Step TB Test.
