What You’ll Do

  • Own the business: lead multi-site clinical engineering operations with full P&L accountability.
  • Build leaders, not just teams: coach Site Managers, Supervisors, and Technicians to raise performance across the board.
  • Set the direction: translate strategy into execution that improves uptime, compliance, and growth.
  • Sit at the table: partner with hospital executives to solve complex challenges and expand services.

You’re Our Person If…

  • You see the connection between financial performance, operations, and patient outcomes.
  • You’re trusted to make decisions that carry real weight—and you don’t hesitate.
  • You develop leaders who can run operations without you in the room.
  • You walk into complexity and bring clarity, structure, and results.

This is true scale—you’ll lead a portfolio with meaningful revenue and visible impact across a health system. We expect you to think strategically, act decisively, and leave every operation stronger than you found it.
