At FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers – Atlanta, we’re looking for a Clinical Director to lead our outpatient clinic. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of clinic performance, mentor a team, and help shape the future of a growing practice—without the financial risk of ownership.

- Lead day-to-day clinical and operational performance of the clinic
- Evaluate and treat patients while maintaining high-quality care standards
- Hire, mentor, and develop clinical staff as the team grows
- Drive clinic growth through patient experience, referrals, and community engagement
- Establish and refine clinic workflows, systems, and culture
- Ensure compliance, documentation accuracy, and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with ownership on strategic planning and performance goals
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Georgia (or eligible)
- Prior outpatient experience required; leadership experience preferred
- Strong interest in clinic leadership, growth, and team development
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to take ownership of outcomes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Passion for building a positive, high-performing culture
- Experience or interest in vestibular, balance, or pelvic health is a plus

Skills Required
