Description: Responsible for the manual and semi-automated transformation of raw Electronic Health Record (EHR) data into standardized, research-ready formats.
Responsibilities:
Review and categorize unstructured clinical notes into structured data fields.
Map local hospital codes to universal standards like SNOMED-CT, LOINC, and RxNorm.
Perform "data cleaning" to remove duplicates or corrupted entries from the master database.
Identify and flag data gaps that require follow-up with health system partners.
