Lake Imaging is excited to offer a newly created opportunity for an enthusiastic Enrolled Nurse to join our busy Clinical Imaging team as a Clinical Imaging Assistant. This role is ideal for someone looking to expand their clinical skills in a supportive, patient focused environment. Working alongside our experienced team, you will assist with patient care and departmental operations, with training provided, including the opportunity to perform DEXA (Bone Density) scans.
About You
- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
- Cannulation experience preferred.
- Motivated, adaptable and eager to learn.
- A team player with excellent communication skills.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.

Skills Required
- Registered Nurse Division 2 with medication endorsement to administer oral and IM medication and current Registration with Nurses Board of Victoria
- Ability to work in a high-field MRI environment and perform MRI safety screening
- IV cannulation qualification or preparedness to attend a cannulation course
- Strong organisational, communication, interpersonal and time management skills
- Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- COVID vaccination as per Victorian Government requirements
- Police check (required for successful applicants)
- Strong patient-centred care approach with ability to build patient relationships
