Job Description

A Bit About This Role:

This summer intern will work at the intersection of clinical workflows, user experience, and artificial intelligence. This role will report directly to our Medical Director of Member Experience and Digital Care and our Sr. Director of AI Operations.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between clinical needs and technology by focusing on the following key areas:

  • User Research: Conduct offline user research regarding clinical workflows and processes to identify key areas for improvement.

  • Workflow Innovation: Collaboratively build and test new workflows alongside the AI Operations team.

  • Data & Documentation: Manage datasets and maintain robust documentation for newly implemented clinical measurement systems.

  • Resourcefulness: Demonstrate the ability to work in the grey, think critically, and remain highly resourceful.

Required Skills and Experience
  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree (open to relevant fields such as Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, or UX/User Research).

  • Attention to detail with strong organizational habits.

  • Flexibility and a sense of humor when navigating changing project needs.

  • Command of the Microsoft Office and Google Suite for managing data and documentation.

  • Ability to overcome objections and effectively communicate insights across clinical and technical teams.

The pay range listed for this position is the range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at the time of the posting. Once the interview process begins, your talent partner will provide additional information on the compensation for the role, along with additional information on our total rewards package. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
