Join a compassionate and professional team at Brooten Medical Center! We’re hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to support a family medicine clinician who cares for patients of all ages.

Duties and Responsibilities- Clean, prepare, and restock exam rooms.
- Assist clinician with procedures as directed.
- Administer medications and allergy shots as ordered.
- Schedule mammograms, CT scans, ultrasounds, surgery, or any outpatient procedures as directed by the clinician.
- Perform hearing and tympanogram tests for individuals and companies; UA collection for routine and company drug screens; ear washes; BPV’s; EKG’s; immunizations; dressing changes.
- Notify patients of lab or radiology results or complete any follow-up calls to patients under the direction of the clinician.
- Provide patient education as directed.
- Ensure all pertinent patient information is documented in the EMR.
- Send requests to the Referral Coordinator for appointments with other specialty clinics and physicians.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Full-Time, 64 hours per pay period
- Weekdays
- Weekend rotation at Glenwood Medical Center’s Walk-In Clinic, approx. 1:10+
- May be scheduled for 7am-7pm Walk-In Clinic as needed.
- May be assigned to work with other clinic providers and at Glenwood or Starbuck Medical Centers as needed.
- Pay Range
- LPN $22.98 – $32.71 per hour

What We Do
