Position Responsibilities:
- Profit & Loss responsibilities for capital execution projects withing a client account portfolio
- Develop strategic and tactical plans to meet or exceed revenue objectives
- Identify and influence key decision-makers at all levels within the client organization
- Assume multiple roles during pursuits as it relates to qualifying, pursuing and closing opportunities
- Drive and provide oversight on the development of client proposals
- Maintain accurate and timely client pipeline and forecasting data
- Develop and deliver presentations to Clients
- Coach cross-functional teams for upcoming client meetings and presentations
- Demonstrate strategic decision making and conflict resolution
- Build the overall client relationship and Foth’s industry professional network
- Collaborate with operations team on the planning of resources
- Collaborate with risk management on the negotiation of client contracts
- Ability to travel with short notice due to client needs. Average expected travel is 25-35%
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant professional experience
- 10+ years of paper, converting, plastics or building materials (or related) industry experience within engineering or manufacturing
- 7+ years of sales, account management, client development, and or stakeholder's management across business units
- 3+ years of supervisory experience
Required Previous Recent Experience with the Following:
- Account management experience
- Prior experience developing revenue projections
- Prior client relationship management experience
- Prior experience managing cross functional teams and stakeholders
- Prior experience in contract negotiation, management and administration
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using social media platforms for business purposes
- CRM platform experience
- Experience managing capital project portfolios
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
