About the Role

iCapital is seeking an Associate to join our Document Center Operations team to provide technical and operational support across several key clients in our client document platform. This is a technical role that combines application support and data management to troubleshoot data and oversee the applications that power our document center. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external fund administrators while upholding high standards of client service and operational support.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of our document hosting platform and manage ongoing health of our key clients, third party administrators, and document providers. 
  • Execute daily operational tasks with a focus on data-driven processes, helping the team maintain a seamless service experience and strong client satisfaction.
  • Conduct data validation and quality control checks, ensuring that data is processed accurately.
  • Communicate complex technical issues and translate them into simplistic terms for non-technical counterparts. 
  • Maintain clear, detailed documentation of data processes and workflows to facilitate transparency and consistency in team’s knowledge base.
  • Partner with technical and non-technical teams to troubleshoot data issues, address client requests, and improve data operations.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in an operations role, ideally with experience in platform, document hosting, data operations or related function in fintech, financial services, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with an emphasis on documentation and cross-departmental collaboration
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience with data analysis
  • Experience with SQL, Python, or ETL is a plus, with an interest in developing data manipulation and automation skills
  • Experience working in a ticketing environment is a plus

Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $90,000 to $115,000.  iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. Employees also receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes an employer matched retirement plan, generously subsidized healthcare with 100% employer paid dental, vision, telemedicine, and virtual mental health counseling, parental leave, and unlimited paid time off (PTO).

We believe the best ideas and innovation happen when we are together. Employees in this role will work in the office Monday-Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday.
