This central position will be responsible for working in tandem with the VP of Client Service in executing marketing campaigns for our clients. This is a client-facing role, giving you great exposure to the best and brightest leaders in the high-tech space. This role is hybrid; three days in the Norwood, MA office and two days work-from-home.
· Work directly with BAO’s clients to launch and manage their BAO campaigns
· Manage/monitor details of client implementations and on-going engagement results
· Develop and organize content for client campaigns including messaging guides
· Gather and analyze performance data for client reports and program reviews; provide feedback to Client Services team on campaign performance
· College degree or equivalent experience in business environment
· 1+ years’ experience in a fast-paced business environment
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
· Great ability to prioritize and multitask
· Strong communicator in both verbal and written form
