Standort: Wiesbaden, Deutschland
Arbeitszeiten: 40 Stunden pro Woche, Montag bis Freitag - 8/9 Uhr bis 17/18 Uhr |
Hybrid - 3 Tage im Büro (Dienstag, Mittwoch und Donnerstag)
Die Gehaltsspanne für diese Position liegt zwischen 45.000 € und 50.000 € brutto pro Jahr, zuzüglich weiterer Zusatzleistungen.
Das endgültige Gehalt wird auf Grundlage der relevanten Qualifikationen, Berufserfahrung und des Verantwortungsumfangs der Position festgelegt, im Einklang mit unserem objektiven und geschlechtsneutralen Vergütungsrahmen.
Wir suchen eine organisierte und proaktive Fachkraft im Kundenservice mit fließenden Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen. Sie betreuen ein Kundenportfolio, bieten exzellenten Service und behalten auch bei mehreren Aufgaben gleichzeitig den Überblick.
Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören die Kundenberatung, das Vertragsmanagement, Verhandlungen, Business Reviews, Kundenbesuche sowie die schnelle und professionelle Lösung von Anliegen. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und internen Teams bauen Sie langfristige und vertrauensvolle Beziehungen auf.
Die Position beinhaltet regelmäßigen Kundenkontakt, persönliche Termine sowie regionale Reisetätigkeit innerhalb Deutschlands, Österreichs und der Schweiz und eignet sich ideal für Personen, die gerne mit globalen Marken und innovativer Technologie arbeiten.
In dieser Rolle werden Sie:
• Verhandlungen planen, vorbereiten und/oder durchführen
• Kundenbeziehungen managen und Wachstum vorantreiben
• Beziehungen pflegen, Account-Planung leiten und Geschäftsmöglichkeiten identifizieren
• Verantwortung für Umsatz und Kundenzufriedenheit übernehmen
• Ein tiefes Verständnis der Geschäftsziele und -strategien der Kunden entwickeln
• An Kundenbriefings arbeiten sowie persönliche Kundentermine und Telefonate führen
• Sorgfältige und aktuelle Dokumentationen, Angebote und Verträge im CRM-System pflegen
• Effektive Kundenpräsentationen entwickeln
• Beziehungen zu Führungskräften auf C-Level aufbauen

Skills Required

  • Fluent German and English
  • Experience providing excellent customer service and relationship management
  • Experience with CRM systems and maintaining accurate documentation (offers, contracts, account notes)

  • Ability to develop effective customer presentations and engage with C-level stakeholders

  • Willingness to travel regionally within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland and attend in-person customer meetings
