Wir suchen eine organisierte und proaktive Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Kundenorientierung, die unsere Kunden im DACH-Raum betreut. In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für ein eigenes Kundenportfolio, stellen exzellenten Service sicher und managen mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig in einem dynamischen Umfeld.
Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören die Beratung von Kunden, Vertragsmanagement, Verhandlungen, regelmäßige Business Reviews, Kundenbesuche sowie die schnelle und professionelle Lösung von Anliegen. Sie stehen in engem Austausch mit Kunden und internen Teams, um langfristige, vertrauensvolle Beziehungen aufzubauen und weiterzuentwickeln.
Die Position beinhaltet regelmäßigen direkten Kundenkontakt, einschließlich persönlicher Meetings und regionaler Reisetätigkeit innerhalb Deutschlands, Österreichs und der Schweiz. Diese Rolle eignet sich ideal für Personen, die Freude am Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen haben und gerne mit innovativen Technologien sowie globalen Marken arbeiten.
Ihre Aufgaben
  • Planung, Moderation und Durchführung von Vertrags- und Geschäftsverhandlungen
  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Kundenbeziehungen mit Fokus auf Wachstum und Zufriedenheit
  • Verantwortung für Account Planning und Identifikation von Potenzialen
  • Sicherstellung von Umsatzentwicklung und hoher Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Tiefgehendes Verständnis der Geschäftsziele und Anforderungen der Kunden
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen, Durchführung persönlicher Meetings und Telefonkonferenzen
  • Pflege aktueller Kundendaten, Angebote und Verträge im CRM-System
  • Erstellung professioneller Kundenpräsentationen
  • Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen auf C-Level-Ebene

Ihr Profil
  • Nachweisliche Erfahrung und starke Motivation im Bereich Kundenservice und Kundenbetreuung
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie sehr gutes Zeit- und Selbstmanagement
  • Hohe Detailgenauigkeit und Fähigkeit zum Multitasking in einem termingebundenen Umfeld
  • Strategisches Denkvermögen zur bedarfsgerechten Kundenbetreuung
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
  • Ausgeprägtes wirtschaftliches Verständnis und Erfahrung im Umgang mit eskalierten Kundenthemen
  • Teamorientierte und kooperative Arbeitsweise
