About the Role:  

We are searching for a hands-on Client Success Manager to join our Professional Service team. This person will be responsible for all phases of the client life cycle including implementation, data analysis, workflow design, project management, and relationship management for our health insurance clients. This individual will understand the customer’s business objectives, the technical components of our solutions, and maintain accountability for a successful implementation and use of our health predictive analytics products.  This is a remote opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Help clients achieve optimal value of our predictive analytics health products by building and maintaining long-term partnerships   
  • Guide clients through the entire implementation by defining business needs, configuring recommendations, and establishing ROI metrics to ensure each customer receives maximum benefit from our solutions  
  • Review client dashboards to confirm usability and generate insights on model performance 
  • Document all project management aspects of client engagements 
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, product team, data science, and engineering on a weekly basis   

Qualifications:  

  • 4+ years' experience in a customer-facing role in the health insurance/benefits admin/ health care industry  
  • Prior experience working in a project management/account management role 
  • Strong Excel experience; running data analysis, building reports, data formatting (VLOOKUP's, pivot tables) 
  • CRM experience, preferably Salesforce 
  • Organized, strong communication skills, documentation 
  • Highly organized with a strong ability to establish, meet, and exceed time-dated objectives 
  • Customer service driven with an ability to build relationships 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
