Job Summary:

The Client Success Leader is responsible for managing the relationship and ensuring value delivery for assigned clients. This client-facing position is responsible for managing the client contract and overall client satisfaction in terms of relationship, results, and their experience in dealing with our company. The Client Success Leader will also build relationships with internal leaders to drive results and will contribute to process optimization efforts to ensure client results are optimized.   

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and bolster strategic, trusted advisor relationships with assigned clients and understand their business needs to drive future opportunities and growth of footprint
  • Act as client’s representative to drive internal decision-making and agendas related to the needs of customers, while working with cross-functional teams to solve pain points and deliver high customer satisfaction scores
  • Collaborate with internal team members to ensure client portfolio goals are attained and exceeded
  • Partner with internal cross-functional teams to identify and deliver processes, workflows and solutions to client on time and with functionality that meets or exceeds client goals
  • Develop strategic plans for future client scope expansion and growth as well as exceptional delivery and service to customers.
  • Project financial results and company revenue based on KPI data and business dynamics
  • Develop and execute robust, client-specific account plans, detailing action plans, available opportunities and customer analyses to achieve mutual goals of ClaimLogiq and customer
  • Produce and facilitate client-facing review presentations in person or via teleconference
  • Coordinate operational and strategic activities internally to improve client experience and strengthen ClaimLogiq processes
  • Support client contracting efforts
  • Monitor solution performance and deliver quantifiable and qualitative insights to customers via regular meetings, quarterly business reviews, etc.

Job Requirements:

Skills, Knowledge, Education, and Experience

  • 5+ years of previous experience in client success / account management utilizing a consultative approach to managing complex customer relationships
  • Strong Healthcare industry experience, specifically in the health plan or provider sector, with payment integrity program knowledge preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to effectively engage, influence, work collaboratively and gain trust with all levels of internal and external organizations
  • Strong organizational skills and capability to drive multiple, simultaneous projects to completion
  • Ability to manage and develop financial forecasts and manage clients to revenue goals
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently but also possessing strong team mentality
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel

Computer Equipment and Software

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including video conferencing

The salary range below is for Base Salary.  Total compensation also includes benefits and variable compensation.  Compensation will be determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, skill set, years of experience, and the employee’s geographic location.

Base Compensation

$100,000$140,000 USD
