Client Success Associate

About the Role 

The Client Success team follows Gartner's Client for Life philosophy, ensuring clients realize ongoing value that far exceeds their investment. 

As a Client Success Associate, you will partner with clients across a variety of industries and business functions to help them maximize the value of their Gartner membership. By understanding client priorities and connecting them with Gartner's research, tools, and expert insights, you'll help organizations make better decisions and achieve their business objectives. 

This role offers a unique opportunity for early-career professionals to develop expertise in relationship management, business strategy, and executive engagement while working with some of the world's leading organizations. 

What You'll Do 

• Partner with clients to understand their business priorities and support achievement of their desired outcomes. 

• Build relationships with stakeholders ranging from C-level executives to individual contributors across various business functions. 

• Lead onboarding activities that help clients quickly realize value from their Gartner membership. 

• Connect clients with Gartner research, experts, tools, and events aligned to their priorities. 

• Drive engagement and adoption of Gartner services to maximize client value and return on investment. 

• Collaborate with internal Gartner partners to deliver a seamless client experience. 

• Leverage client insights and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for increased value and stronger outcomes. 

• Contribute to client satisfaction and retention through proactive support and strategic guidance. 

What You'll Need 

Required Qualifications 

• Fluency in English at a professional business level. 

• Fluency in one or more of the following languages: Spanish, French, Arabic, Dutch, German, Italian, Norwegian, or Swedish. 

• Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills. 

• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. 

• Experience gained through internships, professional work experience, customer-facing roles, or leadership activities.
