Position Title: Client Success Analyst
Reporting To: Vice President, Client Services
Location: Chapel Hill, NC
Compensation Information: Client Success Analyst ($62,000-$68,000) depending on qualifications, plus bonus potential and benefits.
Position Summary:
As a Client Success Analyst at Well, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' satisfaction and success with our health engagement platform. You will be responsible for supporting a variety of client success activities, managing the Well Onsite Scheduling Program, and assisting with onsite events. This position involves up to 80% travel. We are looking for a dedicated, customer-focused professional who is passionate about transforming healthcare and improving the health and happiness of our members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support a range of Client Success activities, including client reporting and client admin/operations.
- Manage the Well Onsite Scheduling Program with clients, ensuring smooth scheduling and coordination of services.
- Support Client Success Onsite events, providing excellent customer service and assistance to clients and participants.
- Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure clients' needs are met and any issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
- Maintain and update client records, documenting interactions and feedback.
- Ability to travel up to 80% for onsite client events and meetings.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a customer or client success role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Experience with Looker is a plus
- Passion for the mission of Well and dedication to improving the health and happiness of our members.
- Desire to grow analytics/reporting skills
