About the Role
You will be a motivated self-starter, with experience of either enforcement or local government, working with people to deliver a combined strategic goal, helping to cultivate a positive culture and work environment. You will possess excellent negotiation, problem solving skills and the ability to develop and document processes, procedures and workflows.
Confident working on your own or with a team, you will be leading our interactions with clients and ensuring the business has the time it requires to resolve challenges and is setup to win.

What you’ll do:
Requirements:
· Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring B&S both deliver their SLA requirements and maintain 1st position within the clients panel of agents.
· Identify bid opportunities, maximise intelligence regarding key influencers and bid themes including collection, added value and social value expectations
· Maintain an agreed priority target list to ensure key opportunities are maximised in advance of any tender opportunity, regular communication should be developed with these key priorities, by in person meetings, email updates and sharing industry revelations, to position B&S as thought leaders in the industry
· Seek to secure contracts without tender via Service Level Agreements where possible.
· Ensure successful contract implementation, on-boarding and handover following contract wins.
· Act as focal point of contact for internal and external contacts for Local Government Revenues or Road Traffic matters. Conduct Client visits and liaise with other departments as required to ensure the smooth running and retention of existing contracts and develop opportunities with other departments of existing clients for all debt types
· Identify opportunities to collect other debts for the clients that are owned, where we are delivering a service free of charge, identify alternative solutions that will deliver B&S and the client more revenue
· Assist the Bid Team with the preparation of tenders, including but not limited to the provision of references, case studies and testimonials and solutions for added value and social value
· Maintain customer relationship database (currently Microsoft Dynamics) with, but not limited to, details of meetings, telephone conversations, emails contracts, contacts, opportunities and deals
· Deliver simple training to clients where required, such as ClientWeb and Company practices and updates.
· Raise the company profile via attendance at client and industry functions, conferences and exhibitions as required.
· Maximise instructions from clients where possible through performance and liaise with operational managers where required to ensure this can be achieved.
· Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and acts
· Complete performance reports as specified by the business at the given intervals to the manager of the Team
