The Opportunity
Ardian is seeking a highly motivated Analyst to join its Client Solutions (Investor Relations) team in Frankfurt. The team plays a central role in Ardian’s fundraising activities and in managing long-term relationships with institutional investors worldwide.
This position offers direct exposure to the Private Equity environment, close interaction with international Investor Relations and investment teams, and a steep learning curve in a fast-paced, high-performance setting.
Key Responsibilities
Fundraising & Investor Engagement
- Prepare high-quality, tailor-made investor presentations and analyses to support fundraising and client interactions.
- Produce key fund metrics, performance analyses, and financial insights for investor due diligence.
- Prepare, maintain, and further develop marketing and due diligence materials, including presentations and Excel-based documentation.
- Support portfolio modelling and investment simulations for new and existing funds.
Investor Reporting & Coordination
- Manage ad-hoc and time-critical investor requests, often in parallel and under tight deadlines.
- Translate complex fund-related and investment topics into clear, concise, and investor-appropriate materials.
- Coordinate closely with Investment, Legal, Compliance, and Fund Finance teams to gather, validate, and consolidate information.
Market Intelligence & Projects
- Support market, regulatory, and investor-related projects, including coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in mapping the investor landscape and identifying potential LPs using internal and external databases.
- Monitor Private Equity market trends, fundraising activity, and competitive developments.
What We Are Looking For
- Native German speaker, fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with confidence in handling financial and investor data.
- Solid understanding of corporate finance and Private Equity fund structures.
- Ability to work effectively under time pressure, manage multiple topics simultaneously, and meet demanding deadlines.
- Strong client focus with a high level of professionalism and ownership toward investor requirements and deliverables.
- Proactive, resilient, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset in an international environment.
Your Background
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Private Equity and alternative investments.
- Relevant experience through internships or an analyst role in Private Equity, Asset Management, Investment Banking, Consulting, or related fields.
