About the Role
This role’s main purpose is to become one of the key personnel in charge of our esports teams. It also includes commercial and impactful partnerships and commercialization of such. This role reports directly to the Team Lead, Account Management.
Your Responsibility:
- Collaborate with in-house sales teams on project and campaign execution
- Determine and define projects activities and sizes
- Predict and budget resources need to complete projects
- Help select right fit influencers for campaign activations
- Able to provide forecasts pre-and reports post campaigns
- Track timelines and budgets throughout the project
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques and standards throughout execution
- Manage contracts and payouts to vendors and suppliers in conjunction with finance
- Communicate with influencers to manage time effectively
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal in communication skills in Thai
- Ability to to solve problems fast and creatively
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools
- Experience seeing projects through full cycle
- Very high developed emotional intelligence
- Strong analytical skils
- Positive, champion and best-in-class attitude
- Logical thinking with analytics oriented mind
- Very advanced managerial skills
- Commercial background and existing partner portfolio
- Bachelor Degree with 06 or more years of successful experience in related field
