Client Servicing Associate

Team Overview:

The Interfaces Testing Team is responsible for setting up and validating data connectivity between client systems, vendors, and the Enfusion (a Clearwater Analytics company) platform. The team ensures accurate and seamless flow of financial data across multiple counterparties including Prime Brokers, Fund Administrators, Custodians, and other technology providers.

The team plays an important role in onboarding new clients and ensuring that trade, position, and operational data is correctly integrated into the platform.

The Role:

We are looking for an Interfaces Testing Analyst to support the setup and testing of data interfaces between the CWAN platform and external client or vendor systems.

In this role, you will work with sample trade files, perform data validations, coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, and ensure successful testing of interfaces before client go-live.

This role is ideal for candidates interested in financial markets, operations, and technology integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up and testing data interfaces between CWAN and external vendors or client systems.

• Perform testing on trade and operational data files such as trades, positions, cash balances, and securities data.

• Validate incoming and outgoing data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Work with sample trade files to test different transaction types including equities, derivatives, FX, and other instruments.

• Identify issues in data files and work with internal teams to resolve them.

• Communicate testing results and issues with internal teams and external vendors.

• Support onboarding of new client interfaces and assist with testing cycles.

• Monitor interface jobs and report any failures or issues.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field

• 0–3 years of experience in financial operations, fintech, or data testing roles

• Basic understanding of financial markets or trade lifecycle

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to financial instruments such as equities, derivatives, or FX

• Familiarity with data files (CSV, Excel, flat files)

• Basic knowledge of SFTP or data transfer processes

• Experience with ticketing tools such as Jira
