Wir suchen ab sofort für den Ausbau unseres Teams in Haar bei München Client Services Specialist (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.
Aufgaben:
Pflege von Kundendaten
Eigenständiges Abarbeiten des Tagesgeschäftes
Erstellen von Auswertungen zur Vertriebsunterstützung
Das Nachhalten und Einhaltung der individuellen Qulitätsanforderungen kundenseitig.
Unterstützung des Directors Customer Care and Quality Management bei Kunden An- und Rückfragen, Erweiterungen von bestehenden Kundenlösungen, sowie umsetzen von neuen Kundenlösungen.
Abteilungsübergreifende interne und externe Koordination und Kommunikation zu allen laufenden Anfragen und Aufträgen, zur reibungslosen Umsetzung und höchsten Kundenzufriedenheit.
Qualifikation:
Abgeschlossenes Studium in VWL oder BWL, oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung, bevorzugt im Bankensektor, mit 2 – 3 Jahren Berufserfahrung im Finanzdienstleistungssektor oder Investmentbranche
Interesse an Bankprozessen und Wertpapiergeschäften insbesondere Investmentfonds
Die Bereitschaft sich immer wieder in neue Aufgabenstellungen hineinzudenken und kundenorientiere Lösungen zu schaffen.
Verständnis im Aufbau und Pflege von Datenbanken und dem Transport von Daten bis hin zur Anzeige auf Webseiten bzw. die Bereitschaft, sich dieses Wissen anzueignen.
Sicheres und gepflegtes Auftreten gegenüber unseren anspruchsvollen Kunden und Partnern
Exakte, strukturierte, selbständige Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch und Teamfähigkeit
Engagement, Zuverlässigkeit und Belastbarkeit
Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Programmen und die Bereitschaft sich in firmeninterne Software einzuarbeiten
Sprachen:
sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Aufgrund internationaler Ausrichtung Englisch, kommunikations- und verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift
