Using data from the FWW Fund Database, FWW supports financial advisors and investors in making well-informed investment decisions.
We are currently looking for a Client Services Specialist (m/f/d) to join and help expand our team in Haar near Munich on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities
Maintaining customer data
Independently managing and processing day-to-day operational tasks
Preparing analyses and reports to support sales activities
Monitoring and ensuring compliance with customer-specific quality requirements
Supporting the Director of Customer Care and Quality Management with customer inquiries, enhancement of existing client solutions, and implementation of new client solutions
Coordinating and communicating across departments, both internally and externally, regarding ongoing inquiries and orders to ensure smooth execution and the highest level of customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification, preferably within the banking sector, with 2–3 years of professional experience in financial services or the investment industry
Interest in banking processes and securities trading, particularly investment funds
Ability and willingness to quickly adapt to new challenges and develop customer-oriented solutions
Understanding of database structures, maintenance, and data flows through to website presentation, or a willingness to acquire this knowledge
Professional and confident manner when interacting with demanding clients and business partners
Precise, structured, and independent working style with a strong focus on quality and teamwork
High level of commitment, reliability, and resilience
Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office applications and willingness to learn company-specific software
Languages
Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
Due to the international nature of the business, fluent English skills with strong communication and negotiation abilities, both written and spoken
