This role is responsible for assisting clients with all aspects of account administration and support, aiming to create an outstanding client experience through consistently high-quality service.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming call from clients pertaining to account administration and support
  • Place outbound call as needed to obtain information and provide solutions to client
  • Appropriately document all contact with clients on company’s system
  • Proactively communicate with clients on issues and obtain/present solutions to issues
  • Respond to client’s emails and voicemails
  • Perform research regarding client issues or inquires and responding after the issue has been resolved
  • Interact with clients with professionalism
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Compensations and Benefits:

- Salary: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour plus commissions, based on experience
- Comprehensive benefit package, including $50,000 paid life insurance

Education and/or Experience

  • Associates degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of three years of related experience – client services, customer service, etc.
  • Employee must be have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
