Job Overview:
As an Senior Client Services Analyst you will maintain and validate project scope, plans, and schedules for moderately complex projects, ensuring adherence to established success metrics and compliance standards. You will manage stakeholder relationships, monitor risks, and drive project completion under broad supervision. This role is essential to supporting our resource plan and forecast, contributing to operational excellence and client success.

Essential Functions:

  • Maintain and validate project scope, plans, and schedules for moderately complex projects.

  • Monitor risks to program success and inform stakeholders.

  • Manage delivery process, scope, and costs for non-complex projects under broad supervision.

  • Execute technical project communication plans and manage stakeholder relationships.

  • Identify impacts of change, build awareness, and support organizational change initiatives.

  • Evaluate project results against success metrics and recommend process improvements.

  • Deliver team reporting and guidance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a systems development environment.

  • Strong technical and commercial awareness.

  • Ability to identify business needs and formulate technical proposals.

  • Excellent communication skills.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $57,000.00 - $142,600.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
