As the Client Services Officer you will responsible for creating a strong and positive first- impression.
You will be the first point of contact for customers interacting with the
Company and will be expected to consistently display and deliver Axcel
Finance’s legendary customer service and standards. You will also be expected
to provide effective support to the Branch Supervisor & Manager and your
colleagues in ensuring that both existing and potential clients receive prompt,
efficient and courteous service that exceeds their expectations daily.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors by greeting them in person, on phone, by e-mail
or social media and answer inquiries
- Explain the Company’s products,
offering, and process the clients
- Capture all sales leads and convert as
many eligible leads to loans
- Process payments and disbursements
- Manage filing and inventory
Requirements
- A
minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in extensive customer service.
- 5
CXC passes including math and English.
- Superb
interpersonal skills.
- Ability
to work in a dynamic and challenging environment
- Excellent
communication skills, both verbally and in-writing.
