Our friendly SMSF team in Colac is looking for a Client Services Officer for an immediate start! This role is permanent, full-time position. 

You will be helping the team with a variety of administrative tasks to ensure they remain on track with providing the best possible service to our valued clients!  

Please note: this role requires travel to Ballarat once a month (fully reimbursable). 

Your role, your contribution! 

  • Complete diverse administrative tasks, from mail and correspondence to lodging tax returns.
  • Offer general support to the SMSF Team including efficient database entry and management. 
  • Provide administrative support with client related tasks, including collation of financial accounts and tax returns, client service agreements and other documents.
  • Maintain accurate client records and compliance files

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to stay organised and manage priorities. 
  • Clear and confident communication skills, with a friendly and approachable manner. 
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams 
  • A reliable team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
