The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, client-focused person to join our Wealth Client Services team on a 12-month max-term contract, based in our Brisbane office. Supporting our team of Financial Advisers, you will help keep client portfolios accurate, appointments on track and the office running smoothly, with reception support as part of the mix. Your role, your contribution!

  • Deliver quality service and outputs to clients in both written and verbal form, including providing reception support as required.

  • Prepare accurately reconciled client review reporting for Advisers to support portfolio reviews.

  • Liaise with fund managers and maintain client portfolios through financial planning software.

  • Manage appointment bookings, document management and data entry to keep team workflow running efficiently.

  • Maintain accurate and appropriate client data while adhering to strict confidentiality requirements.

  • Provide general ad-hoc administrative support, including mail, printing, filing and scanning, and support the wider Client Services team.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Demonstrated experience in a Client Services or similar administrative/client-facing role.

  • Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service, including front-of-house or reception experience.

  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.

  • A genuine team player who communicates effectively to achieve shared outcomes.

  • Ability to adhere to established processes and maintain strict confidentiality of client information.

Skills Required
