You will assist banks and institutions leveraging our financial market infrastructure and become part of an international environment, gaining a network within the major Norwegian banks and a deeper understanding of how we connect European economies to global capital markets.
You will be primarily responsible for:
Acting as the first line of operational support for clients, serving as their entry point for day-to-day guidance on systems and processes
Managing clients’ queries efficiently within agreed deadlines
Addressing queries requiring further support by liaising with internal teams and ensuring valid answers are provided
Tracking all queries and responses through the selected CRM tool
Organising and participating in client meetings
Collaborating with team members and the Sales team to enhance client experience
Contributing to the management of incidents impacting clients
Analysing query statistics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in client relationships
Your profile
Take pride in providing excellent service to clients
Knowledge of or interest in the post-trade industry
Desire and capacity to learn various aspects of financial infrastructure
Bacehlor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
Experience in client service or similar roles dealing with clients is an advantage
Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player
Comfortable with dynamic workdays and able to adapt to changing priorities
Fluent in Norwegian and English; understanding of Danish is a plus
