About the role:
As primary point of contact, deliver high levels of service and relationship management for assigned institutional outsourcing clients in support of Trust business objectives.
What you will be doing?

Oversees daily activity of assigned outsourcing relationships.

Solves complex problem through research and/or communications with other departments.

Supports personnel at client institutions in day-to-day routines and financial processing.

Focused on providing quality service levels, performs daily servicing activities ensuring timeliness and accuracy.

Monitors day-to-day activity of clients, works with operations staff to deliver consistently high levels of service and takes responsibility and ownership over resolution of all client service-related issues.

Lead personnel who assist in the management of the client relationship. Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
What you will need:
-
Over 5+ years of recent experience as a Client Services or Service Delivery Manager within the Trust division of a fintech company."

Over 5+ years of recent experience in trust, securities or operations

Requires client facing and servicing experience with excellent interpersonal skills to build high levels of customer satisfaction

Requires the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management (internally/externally), employees, clients and public

Professional and calm demeaner to handle clients who are difficult
-
Requires solid organizational, leadership, decision-making and problem-solving skills
-
Is resourceful and proactive in gathering information and sharing ideas

Proficiency in Microsoft Office software is essential as well as a basic knowledge of how internal systems work

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $77,100.00 - $125,680.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
