Our team is growing, and we are looking for a part-time Client Services Coordinator for our Barrie office, with coverage at other offices as needed, who aligns with our core values of Love, On Fire, Excellence, Growth, Innovation and WOW.

Faris Team is seeking a strong team player with Real Estate experience who will cover our front desk reception, greet clients arriving at the office, answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls, and provide administrative support. The successful candidate should be a great multitasker and quick learner who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

We have a proven system and support from over 100 team members who are experts in their roles that will help position you to succeed. This is a part-time position, primarily Monday–Friday from 4:00–8:00 PM, with weekend and holiday coverage as needed between 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Here’s What A Day In The Life of A Faris Team Client Services Coordinator Looks Like:

• Deliver an exceptional client experience by warmly and professionally greeting visitors to the Client Experience Centre and ensuring every interaction reflects the Faris Team standard.
• Answer incoming phone calls (including leads) in a timely and courteous manner.
• Ensure all deposit cheques are received, documented, and processed correctly, providing proper receipts and confirming prompt delivery.
  
• Work with the Listings Team to complete tasks as necessary.
