POSITION SUMMARY:

The Client Service and Social Media Specialist is responsible for managing front-facing client interactions and executing the organization’s social media strategy. This dual-role position requires excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a creative mindset for digital engagement. The specialist will serve as a key point of contact for patients and clients while also curating and managing content across social media platforms to enhance brand awareness and community engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Greet and assist patients and clients in person, by phone, and via email with professionalism and empathy.
  • Resolve client inquiries, concerns, and scheduling needs in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback.
  • Develop and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond appropriately.
  • Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to promote services, events, and educational content.
  • Track social media performance metrics and provide regular reports.
  • Stay current with social media trends and best practices.
  • Support promotional campaigns and community outreach initiatives.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all client-facing and digital communications.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service and/or social media management.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanor and a passion for client engagement and digital storytelling.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENT:

  • Exerting up to twenty-five pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
  • Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
  • Have close visual acuity to perform an activity including viewing a computer terminal, extensive reading, interpretation, etc.
  • Must possess the physical, mental, and cognitive skills needed to complete essential tasks, including abilities such as learning, remembering, focusing, categorizing, and integrating information for comprehension, problem-solving, and timely decision-making.
  • Must be able to be stationary for prolonged periods of time
