About Valitana
Valitana is a rapidly growing FinTech company delivering cutting-edge SaaS solutions to institutional investors. Founded in 2017, our platform provides advanced financial analytics, trade flow insights, and portfolio management tools that empower our clients to make faster and more informed decisions while improving operational efficiency.
Valitana was awarded the 2026 Deal Catalyst CLO Award for Best CLO & Technology Provider – Innovation and serves approximately 100 institutional clients including CLO investors, CLO managers, hedge funds, asset managers, insurance companies, family offices, and broker dealers.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Client Services Analyst to join our Vesta Client Services team. Vesta is Valitana's specialty and credit insurance platform, automating the full policy lifecycle — from submission to runoff — for insurers, reinsurers, and MGAs/MGUs across lines including political risk, structured risk, corporate and mortgage credit, and portfolio credit (SRTs, CLOs, NAV, and fund finance). In this role, you will develop expertise in specialty insurance workflows, support clients in onboarding and operating on the Vesta platform, and help institutional clients manage complex policy programs with greater accuracy and efficiency. This is a hands-on, client-facing role for an analytically minded professional eager to build deep expertise in specialty insurance, credit risk, and FinTech.
Responsibilities

  • Support the configuration and ongoing management of specialty and credit insurance policies within Vesta, Valitana's policy and portfolio management platform.
  • Assist with onboarding clients onto Vesta, including data migration, policy setup, endorsement workflows, and platform configuration for complex obligation handling.
  • Help clients track and reconcile financial operations on the platform — including cash management, premium schedules, and automated reconciliation workflows.
  • Support clients in monitoring exposure, risk aggregation, FX, and underlying asset performance across their portfolios.
  • Deliver responsive, white-glove support to institutional clients — including insurers, reinsurers, MGAs/MGUs, and insured entities — escalating complex requests as needed.
  • Help build custom dashboards, reports, and Excel models tailored to client-specific needs, leveraging Vesta's live Excel integration and data provider connectivity.
  • Assist clients with day-to-day platform usage to drive adoption, accuracy, and value realization.
  • Contribute to internal documentation, knowledge-sharing, and continuous improvement of client service processes.
Qualifications
  • 2–4+ years of professional experience in specialty insurance, reinsurance, credit insurance, structured finance, financial operations, or a related analytical role. Exposure to political risk, structured risk, credit insurance, or portfolio credit (SRTs, CLOs, NAV, fund finance) is strongly preferred.
  • Foundational understanding of policy lifecycle concepts, with eagerness to develop expertise in specialty and credit insurance workflows — including submissions, endorsements, premium tracking, reconciliation, and runoff.
  • Interest in or familiarity with reading and interpreting policy documentation and translating terms into operational workflows.
  • Client-facing experience in a consulting, client services, insurance operations, or relationship management capacity.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain analytical and operational concepts clearly to clients.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Resourceful, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; degrees in Finance, Risk Management, Insurance, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field preferred.
  • AI literacy preferred — comfort using AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, or client deliverables.
