You are seeking an in-office administrative position supporting a team of accountants.  Your peers and supervisors have described you as a team player, self-driven and focused. Skills Required

  • In-office availability (work onsite)
  • Experience with document management in a paperless environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Teams
  • Experience using Document Management Systems
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks Online
  • Familiarity with CaseWare, CaseView, Jazz-IT
  • Familiarity with TaxCycle
  • Familiarity with PayWorks
  • Familiarity with Dext
  • Excellent oral and written English communication
  • Strong proofreading skills and attention to detail
  • Administrative experience supporting accountants or accounting team
