As a Customer Service Representative Undeliverable team member, you will be part of our Litigation Management Services business area. You will work in a challenging, fast-paced environment with our corporation and law firm customers as well as state and county jurisdictional personnel. In this role, you would be responsible for researching service of process documents both hardcopy and electronic, that were not delivered successfully the first time. You will handle incoming and outgoing calls and emails to clients regarding these documents and other service of process related inquiries for our internal customers. You bring the drive, energy, and commitment to provide world-class service. This is a place where you will be encouraged and expected to be your best.
Some of the things you will be doing:
- Building relationships with our clients to better understand their unique needs and concerns
- Responding to customer inquiries in a professional, accurate, and in a timely fashion
- Responding to customer inquiries via Outlook, Salesforce, or phone
- Navigating quickly between multiple databases quickly and accurately
- Fulfilling requests and answering questions for internal customers
- Review and process of legal documents
- Research and analysis of legal documents
