💼 About the Role
As a Client Service Manager (CSM) at Centria Healthcare, you’ll coordinate in-home care for patients with complex medical needs across Michigan. Think of this as the hub of a healthcare operation—you’ll manage staffing, schedules, and communication between nurses, caregivers, clients, and case managers.
You don’t need a clinical background—just strong people skills, logistical thinking, and a passion for helping others.
🧩 This Role Is Perfect For You If You Have:
- Customer service experience and a client-first mindset
- Logistics or operations background (scheduling, coordinating teams, troubleshooting)
- Healthcare or home care experience (a plus, but not required)
- A proven ability to lead, problem-solve, and stay calm under pressure
- A detail-oriented and organized approach to managing fast-moving tasks
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Oversee care delivery for a roster of in-home patients
- Coordinate schedules and match staff to client needs
- Communicate with families, caregivers, and healthcare partners
- Recruit, interview, and onboard field staff
- Resolve client issues quickly and professionally
- Track compliance and ensure top-quality service
- Help drive new growth through partnerships and referrals

💰 Compensation & Details
- Salary: $50,000–$58,000 + quarterly bonus potential
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Occasional flexibility may be needed
