Our client is a dynamic Wealth Management Advisory firm providing high-end investment, financial planning, and tax services. They are seeking an energetic, detail-minded, and business-oriented Client Service professional who thrives collaboratively.
Responsibilities
- Assist in daily operations of the firm
- Maintain a client-centered approach to doing business
- Manage and maintain the CRM (WealthBox)
- Correspond with clients to complete new account opening documents, coordinate asset transfers and document workflow throughout the process
- Collaborate effectively with the 3rd party custodian of accounts
- Review client-submitted paperwork for completeness and accuracy
- Contact and advise clients regarding late payments and other service-related issues
- Monitor account funding status; expedite any additional transfer requirements
- Generate and review paperwork to be sent to clients
- Conduct rollover calls between clients and current 401(k) plan administrator
- Answer and direct telephone calls as appropriate
- Conduct office management tasks including client meeting room set up, food orders, office supply orders, etc
Requirements
- 3-5 years of wealth management industry experience
- Ability to anticipate needs of the client and leadership
- Client experience focus
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to embrace change and work in a fast-paced professional environment
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Outlook, Excel & Adobe Acrobat and the ability to learn new applications and software
Compensation
- $65,000-75,000 base salary plus discretionary bonus opportunity. Benefits and retirement plan.
