Job Description

Client and Product Reporting teams play a key role in enabling business in EMEA. The team works on providing various reports and product updates to Clients and Vendors with different frequencies which help clients’ investment decision-making based on their financial objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:

  • Prepare Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and quarterly Reports by coordinating the information from various applications/teams to distribute accurate data to Vendors/Clients within prescribed deadlines.
  • Take care of Vendor Queries appropriately, and timely, and provide workable solutions.
  • To be able to work under minimal supervision, besides handling complex queries.
  • Strictly adhere to policies & and procedures while working on queries/reports and due diligence in completing with the highest standards.
  • Work on Quality/Audit checks of the Vendor data and ensure correct data is available on the Vendor platforms.
  • Work on data testing of various items for new and current projects/vendor platforms.
  • Analyze the current process flow, requirements, and areas of improvement, and propose ideas that result in time or cost savings.
  • Create and keep up-to-date process documentation, trackers, and metrics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication as well as interpersonal and leadership skills necessary to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels.
  • Must demonstrate ability to establish priorities and appropriate deadlines both individually and at a team level.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex and detailed data, including policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate in a team environment and professionally conduct themselves.
  • Ensure the supervisor/Team Lead is made aware of any item which is deemed to be aware of.
  • Understands how the assigned duties relate to others in the Team and how the Team integrates with other Teams

FORMAL EDUCATION: 

  • MBA Or any professional qualification with finance as the major

WORK EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE: 

  • 3+ years of previous experience in the financial services industry, with good operations exposure.
  • Understanding of the Asset Management Industry and understanding of performance calculations is preferred.

  • Normally works a regular schedule of hours, however, hours may vary depending on the project or assignment (Business requirement)
