What is Transfer Agent Oversight Team responsible for?GSS International delivers Transfer Agency services and manages strategic distribution partnerships across CEEMEA, Americas, and APAC. The Transfer Agent Oversight Team ensures smooth external operations, especially for Alternative investment products. The team works closely with Product Management, Sales, Compliance, and Legal to maintain transparency and regulatory alignment. Members gain exposure to global markets, collaborate cross-functionally, and contribute to high-impact financial operations.
What are the ongoing responsibilities of Client Relationship Specialist?Core Responsibilities:
You will respond to complex customer inquiries.
You will verify and reconcile client transactions.
You will manage onboarding and email communication.
You will collaborate with internal and external teams.
You will ensure data accuracy and compliance.
You will support operational tasks and suggest improvements.
Experience & Education
Fluent in English.
Experience in Transfer Agency and Alternatives preferred.
Knowledge of AML/KYC and client service.
Technical Skills
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work independently.
Soft Skills
Strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills.
Comfortable in international teams.
