This is a full-time, permanent, on-site role for a Client Relationship Specialist located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The Client Relationship Specialist will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, effective communication, utilizing analytical skills, and delivering exceptional client service on a daily basis.

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage, complete, and track account paperwork for multiple clients and custodians in both US and Canada. Oversee a large number of these projects with deadlines.
  • Manage cashiering including money transfer requests (transfers, wires, EFT, checks, etc.) for multiple clients and custodians in both US and Canada. Oversee a large quantity of these projects with deadlines.
  • Coordinate the onboarding of new clients and working with the client service team to collect data from the clients to support the investment, financial planning, and tax planning and compliance needs for clients.
  • Administration to support the investment strategy, financial planning. tax planning and compliance requirements to serve clients to support their financial services.
  • Independently answer client and employee inquiries related to your job functions by phone and email in a timely manner, including training them on how to use our systems and client portal.
  • Participate in strategic projects and committees to help implement the company's strategic vision.
  • Participate in meetings, prepare agenda items and assisting in update meetings, including annual investment reviews, with the clients, taking notes for meetings, and coordinating the CRM notes and tasks required to record and automate meeting schedules.
  • Serve as a primary liaison with custodian for issues related to listed job functions. Investigate and present more efficient ways of performing job functions with each custodian.
  • Assist with administrative support for the support document requirements for the filing of client tax returns.
  • Financial planning support including collecting and organizing client financial planning documentation, as well as assisting the advisors in the creation of the clients' net worth, cash flow, and retirement plans

This position is an exempt position. The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $50,000–$80,000 base salary compensation range. Actual base pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant’s skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k). Please note that the job title is subject to change based on the selected candidate’s experience and education.
