Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Client Relationship Representative to join our dynamic team in Orlando, FL. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working directly with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and representing the company with professionalism and care. You will serve as a key point of contact, supporting clients throughout their logistics experience and helping maintain the high standard of service Park 6 Logistic is known for.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, updates, and support.

  • Maintain strong and positive relationships by ensuring timely communication and solutions.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery.

  • Prepare and update client documents, reports, and service records.

  • Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and providing accurate information about services.

  • Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and strengthen long-term partnerships.
