An established technology provider to the global financial services industry, is looking to recruit a Client Relationship Manager for its Limassol offices. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Commercial Director.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Meet monthly budget and revenue targets.
  • Continuously research the market to identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct competition analysis for both Cyprus and international markets.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the product, business development practices, marketing activities, and industry trends.
  • Prepare business proposals for both new and existing clients.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor and improve client retention.
  • Participate in negotiating terms and closing deals.
  • Prepare, negotiate, and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with strategic objectives, internal policies, and legal obligations.
  • Attend face-to-face client meetings and deliver presentations as needed.
  • Efficiently manage customer calls and appointments.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field from a reputable university.
  • Proficiency in English and Greek, both spoken and written.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
  • Superior organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.
  • Dynamic and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally over the phone.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Prior experience in the Fintech industry is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.

  • Remuneration package: EUR 26,000 – 33,000 (depending on experience / qualifications)
  • Commission based on achieving targets.
  • Discretionary performance-related bonus, depending on qualifications and experience.
