An established technology provider to the global financial services industry, is looking to recruit a Client Relationship Manager for its Limassol offices. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Commercial Director.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Meet monthly budget and revenue targets.
- Continuously research the market to identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct competition analysis for both Cyprus and international markets.
- Develop a deep understanding of the product, business development practices, marketing activities, and industry trends.
- Prepare business proposals for both new and existing clients.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Monitor and improve client retention.
- Participate in negotiating terms and closing deals.
- Prepare, negotiate, and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with strategic objectives, internal policies, and legal obligations.
- Attend face-to-face client meetings and deliver presentations as needed.
- Efficiently manage customer calls and appointments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field from a reputable university.
- Proficiency in English and Greek, both spoken and written.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Superior organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.
- Dynamic and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally over the phone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Prior experience in the Fintech industry is a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.

- Remuneration package: EUR 26,000 – 33,000 (depending
on experience / qualifications)
