We are seeking a driven and polished Client Relationship Manager to join our team in Miami, FL. In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner to clients, ensuring their needs are met, expectations exceeded, and long-term relationships strengthened. You will play a key role in representing our agency with professionalism while supporting day-to-day client communication, coordination, and satisfaction initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients to ensure a positive and engaging experience.

  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, service updates, and project coordination.

  • Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement or additional support.

  • Prepare and deliver clear reports, updates, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client needs and service delivery.

  • Assist in onboarding new clients and guiding them through initial processes and expectations.

  • Support the development of strategies to enhance client retention and overall engagement.
